Realtor Serving Fort Campbell, KY
Fort Campbell is home to the 101st Airborne and sits on the Tennessee–Kentucky line. We help the families who live and move around the post — PCSing in, selling on the way out, and weighing on-post against off-post. Licensed in both states, from a team that's been there.
Families moving in — and moving out
If you're PCSing to Fort Campbell, you're weighing where to live: on-post, or off-post in Clarksville, Oak Grove, or Hopkinsville. If you're PCSing out, you're deciding what to do with the house — sell it, rent it, or keep it. Either way, there's a timeline built into your orders, and we plan around it.
Moving in
Find a home near post that fits your timeline — and buy it before you arrive, if that's what works.
Moving out
Sell on your PCS timeline, or rent it out and let our property management handle the day-to-day.

A question every Fort Campbell family asks
There's no universal answer — it depends on your BAH, your timeline, and where you want to live. We help you think it through on a call.
On-post housing has its own process and availability — for those specifics, your housing office is the source of truth. When you're weighing off-post, the choice often comes down to which side of the state line you want to be on: Clarksville in Tennessee, or Oak Grove and Hopkinsville in Kentucky.
Which state you live in can affect your taxes, vehicle registration, and more, so we suggest confirming the specifics with a tax professional or your finance office. What we do is help you compare the communities around the post — and because we're licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, we can help you buy on either side.
