Moving to or from Fort Campbell?
A veteran REALTOR who was stationed at Fort Campbell helps military families PCS in — and sell on the way out. Licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, on both sides of the post.
Rudy served at Fort Campbell — and served families moving here
Rudy was born in Japan and grew up an Army kid. He joined the Army himself and was stationed at Fort Campbell, where he met Betty in 1986. His military service spans the U.S. Air Force Reserve (as an NCO) and the U.S. Army (as both an NCO and an officer), including Infantry, Civil Affairs, and a Special Forces HALO team.
He also served on the Community Realtor Committee at Fort Campbell, educating soldiers and their family members about buying and selling real estate. He understands the rhythm of orders, the timelines, and the questions families have when they arrive — and when they leave.
Two states, one team
Fort Campbell sits on the Tennessee–Kentucky line. Because we're licensed in both states, we help families buy or sell on either side — Clarksville, Oak Grove, Hopkinsville — without the border slowing your move.
A plan that fits your orders
Every PCS is different. We tailor the plan to your timeline and where you're headed next.
Moving in
Find a home near post that fits your BAH and your timeline — on either side of the state line. We can help you buy before you arrive.
Moving out
Sell on your PCS timeline so you're not carrying two homes, and line up your next move. Or rent it out and let our property management handle it.
Renting first
Need a rental while you get settled? We help military families find rentals near post — on either side of the line.
Tell us your timeline
Share where you're headed and your orders' timeline, and we'll reach out to map it out. Or call or text us anytime.
