Rudy was born in Japan and grew up an Army kid. He joined the Army himself and was stationed at Fort Campbell, where he met Betty in 1986. He's been a Tennessee resident ever since.
A full-time REALTOR since 1993 and a licensed broker since 1996, Rudy specializes in listing and selling, plus REO/foreclosure and short-sale properties. He holds an Economics degree from UC Berkeley and the ABR, CRS, and GRI designations.

A veteran's perspective
Rudy's military service spans the U.S. Air Force Reserve (as an NCO) and the U.S. Army (as both an NCO and an officer), including Infantry, Civil Affairs, and a Special Forces HALO team. He's known as an excellent listener and a strong negotiator — detailed, organized, and passionate about educating clients (with a dry sense of humor).
Outside of work, Rudy enjoys backpacking (knows the smoky mountains), reading, movies.
